Types of AMC Plans

To meet diverse client needs, SAS offers three AMC packages. Clients can start with any plan and upgrade as needed.

Basic AMC (Remote Support Only)

This plan provides remote support during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM). Support is unavailable on Sundays and gazetted holidays. Remote support includes:

  • Telephonic Support
  • Email Support
  • Chat/Message Support
  • Remote Access Support (via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)

Premium AMC (Remote + On-Site Support)

This plan includes all the benefits of remote support, plus on-site assistance:

On-Site Support:

 

  • SAS Functional Consultant will visit your office four times a month (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • SAS Manager – Enterprise Solutions will visit twice a month for two-hour sessions to address any doubts and update configurations.

Remote Support:

Includes telephonic, email, chat, and remote access support during working hours.

Enterprise AMC (Remote + Full On-Site Support + Dedicated Consultant)
  • This premium plan includes:
  • A dedicated SAS Functional Consultant will work full-time at your office throughout the month, providing training and monitoring daily activities.
  • SAS Manager – Enterprise Solutions will visit four times a month for two-hour sessions.
  • SAS Project Head will conduct monthly project review meetings.

Remote Support:

Offers all the benefits of telephonic, email, chat, and remote access support during working hours.
